Do I need an account to order?

No. Browse the catalogue and order without applying. Account creation happens at checkout so we can keep your shipping address and order history. We don't ask for business verification, tax documents, or volume commitments.

What's the difference between regular pricing and trade pricing?

Regular pricing is what's listed on every product page. Same price for one unit or five hundred. Trade pricing is a discount tier added to your account if you apply and order in volume. The same catalogue, the same warehouse, just better numbers if the math justifies it.

Where do orders ship from?

Every order ships from our Canadian warehouse. No border delays, no surprise duties.

How long does shipping take?

Most Canadian addresses receive orders within 2 to 5 business days. Remote regions and territories take longer. Specific timing per address is shown at checkout.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Not yet. Krublanks ships within Canada only at v1 launch. US and international shipping are on the roadmap.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) at checkout. For trade accounts with terms, invoice billing is available.

Can I return blank apparel?

Unworn, unwashed, undecorated apparel can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus return shipping. Decorated apparel cannot be returned. Contact info@krublanks.com to start a return.

Why is some inventory marked "currently unavailable"?

Stock at our supplier warehouses fluctuates. When a SKU shows as unavailable, it's out of stock at the source. Most items restock within 1 to 2 weeks. Email info@krublanks.com if you need a specific quantity sourced. Sometimes we can route it from an alternate supplier.

Do you handle decoration?

Krublanks sells blanks. Decoration like embroidery, screen printing, DTG, and DTF is what our decorator customers do. If you're an organization looking for finished decorated products, Krubox is the operational platform built for that.

Is Krublanks for businesses or individuals?

Both. The catalogue is open to anyone, no application required. Decorators ordering in volume can apply for trade pricing. We're not gatekeeping the catalogue behind a trade application. We're offering volume discounts to decorators who need them.
