Heat Press
The heat press is the equipment family behind DTF, vinyl, and sublimation, the device that applies temperature and pressure to bond a design to fabric. Krublanks stocks blanks compatible with the temperature and pressure ranges decorator heat presses operate at.
Heat press operating ranges run from 250°F (low-tolerance fabrics, low-melt vinyls) to 400°F (sublimation, some heavy plastisol cures). Pressure varies from light (delicate fabrics, foil transfers) to firm (heavy plastisol, full-bond vinyl). Time ranges from 8 seconds (some vinyl) to 60 seconds (sublimation).
Each Krublanks style indicates its decoration suitability across the heat-press methods. Detailed cross-links to the DTF, vinyl, and sublimation guides are in progress.
